Facility Cleanouts & Emergency Response

Full-scope cleanouts, decommissioning projects, and fast coordination for time-sensitive situations.

Overview

From planned cleanouts to urgent waste situations.

RRD Environmental manages full facility cleanouts, decommissioning projects, and urgent waste situations - not just scheduled pickups. When a facility is closing, downsizing, or facing a time-sensitive compliance issue, RRD coordinates the entire waste removal process from site assessment through final disposal.

For urgent situations, RRD provides fast coordination and response - handling regulatory deadline-driven disposal needs, discovered or abandoned waste requiring prompt removal, and situations involving improperly stored or labeled materials.

01

Chemical storage warehouse

Years of accumulated drums, totes, pails, and mixed containers filled aisles and racking across this industrial warehouse. Every container was identified, sorted by waste stream, profiled, and removed for proper disposal, leaving an open, clear floor ready for the next use of the space.

Lab pack

Bottles, jars, and small chemical containers were spread across desks, shelves, and the floor of a laboratory office. Each item was inventoried, sorted by compatibility, and packed for transport and disposal, and the room was left completely empty.

Vacated industrial building

Drums, pails, and waste containers were left behind when this industrial building was vacated. The containers were consolidated and removed, and the building was cleared so it could be turned over.
